     Michael G. Whitaker, of Vermont, to be Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration for the term of five years, vice Stephen M. Dickson, resigned.

WITHDRAWAL SENT TO THE SENATE:

     Jeffrey Matthew Marootian, of the District of Columbia, to be an Assistant Secretary of Energy (Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy), vice Daniel Simmons, which was sent to the Senate on January 23, 2023.
