THE PRESIDENT:  It’s looking much better.
 
Q    The border?
 
THE PRESIDENT:  It’s looking much better. 
 
Q    Getting much better?
 
THE PRESIDENT:  Yeah, you see it. 
 
Q    Does Texas get any credit for that?
 
THE PRESIDENT:  (Laughs.)  Give me a break.
